The decay of hearing, sight and youth presented here is one of respect and honour. Mum has walked through life, experienced much and at this stage survived! Working on a custom collaged surface, I ever so gently caressed the surface with pastel as if stroking my fingers across the actual form. Mum stands five foot nothing but is resolute to continue her expertise as a strong conversationalist.
